How to request deletion of data associated with your Hotbox account.
How to request deletion
- Email support@hotbox.app with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the email you use for Hotbox and the Instagram username you connected (if applicable).
What happens next
We’ll verify your request and delete or de-identify data associated with your account, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements (for example, limited retention in backups).
